    Steroid Function and Regulation in Mouse-- We have established mouse models with Cyp11a1I gene mutation to study steroid deficiency.   

    Steroid Function and Regulation in Zebrafish Development¡XWe have cloned zebrafish steroidogenic genes and are studying their functions during  development using knockdown and overexpression strtegies

    Mechanism of Transcriptional Regulation of Steroidogenic Genes¡XIn this area, we study the proteins that interact with transcription factor SF-1 involved in steroidogenic gene transcription.
