Social Neuroscience Laboratory

My research interest focuses on the neurobiological underpinnings of social interaction, especially interpersonal dynamic processes (e.g., action understanding and empathy), using a variety of advanced techniques such as functional MRI, magnetoencephalography, electroencephalography, and electromyography, on the basis of social neuroscience. I conduct studies with healthy people (including adults, teenagers, and infants) as well as the individuals with social-cognitive deficits (e.g., individuals with autism spectrum disorder, psychopathy).
