Admissions by selection

Qualification: Applicants should normally hold, or be in the process of obtaining, a bachelor’s degree or an equivalent qualification.

  1. Required documents:
    1. University academic transcript
    2. Two letters of recommendation
    3. Study plan or research proposal
    4. Related course work reports or research findings
    5. Other supporting documents
  2. Methods and items:
    1. Preliminary test: Document review
    2. Secondary test: Candidates must pass the preliminary test before they can take the oral exam.

Admissions by examination

  1. Qualifications:
    • Group A: Candidates should hold a bachelor's degree in an area of medicine, public health or related disciplines conferred upon them by a public or legally-registered independent university, college or institute; or an overseas university approved by the Ministry of Education.
    • Group B: Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree in an area other than medicine, public health or related disciplines conferred upon them by a public or legally-registered independent university, college or institute; or an overseas university approved by the Ministry of Education.

    1. Written examination:
      • Group A: 1.Health Administration; 2.Epidemiology
      • Group B: 1.the Introduction to Social Welfare; 2.Sociology
