研究方向 1. The role of blood-brain barrier/neurovascular unit in human disease.

3. The mechanism of brain microenvironment regulation -induced attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD).
The CNS is the most important system in the human body. Dynamic regulation of neuron and vessel necessitate a highly communicated extracellular microenvironment,It's essential between the CNS and the peripheral circulatory system as a dynamic balance, including to nutrient transport and the barrier to potentially harmful subjects. This homeostatic of the cerebral microcirculation dependent on the "blood-brain barrier" (BBB), handle all of these functions.My laboratory focuses on blood-brain barrier/neurovascular unit in human disease, such as its possible mechanism in stroke and neurodegeneration disease. Besides, I have interest to investigate the mechanism of BBB dysregulation in metastatic brain tumor.
