電位控制離子通道在神經細胞的興奮性、電訊號傳遞作用等,扮演著重要的角色。離子通道蛋白質的構造、表現、調控等機制,和離子通道的功能密切相關。而離子通道功能的異常,已知會導致許多遺傳性神經疾病的產生,但是許多的致病機制仍是不清楚。 我們實驗室結合了細胞生物學、生物化學、和分子生物學等技術,探討離子通道蛋白質的構造與功能的關係,研究基因突變之神經生理效應,以進一步探究離子通道功能異常的致病機制。
