國立陽明大學心臟血管疾病研究中心是依據民國87年

1月14日第九次校務會議決議通過設立，由張茂松教授擔任

首位主任(1998.1-2005.7)，民國94年8月1日起，由林幸榮

教授接續為主任(2005.8-)。

中心簡介

心臟血管疾病不僅在台灣也是全世界最主要的死因之一，本校心臟血管疾病研究中心乃為加強心臟血管疾病的整合研究、臨床診療、進階教學與學術交流，結合陽明大學與台北榮民總醫院體系於心臟血管醫學領域上之研究資源和人力而成立。本中心的任務及具體目標包括：整合研究人力及資源，加強心臟血管疾病的相關研究，提昇心臟血管疾病研究之水準；提昇心臟血管醫學教育之品質；培育心臟血管醫學研究人才；推動心臟血管醫學產官學合作及國際合作研究；加強心臟血管藥物及儀器的研發，積極參與大型跨國心臟血管藥物及儀器之臨床試驗；加強臨床心臟血管疾病的診斷與治療和新醫療技術的開發與應用；推動國際學術交流，積極參與國際醫學會議。本中心設置主任一人，副主任二人，綜理中心業務。本中心成立七個研究小組，由資深教授擔任各組召集人，針對各特定主題，包括：心電生理和心律不整；高血壓、動脈硬化和血管醫學；血流動力學；心臟衰竭；心血管疾病基因；冠狀動脈疾病；臨床藥物試驗等等，推動相關研究、教學與學術活動。本中心及各研究小組定期集會，提出學術及研究報告，商討及解決各項問題。本中心成立相關委員會，負責各項業務的規劃、咨詢、推動、執行、管理與監督。

Cardiovascular diseases are leading causes of death in Taiwan as well as in the world.“Cardiovascular Research Center, National Yang-Ming University”is established by combining the research resources and personnel of Taipei Veterans General Hospital and National Yang-Ming University in order to enforce integrated & cooperative studies, promote academic communications, and improve clinical management in cardiovascular medicine. The aims and missions of Cardiovascular Research Center are to, specifically, integrate research personnel and resources, enforce research project and promote research level; improve education quality; train research personnel; promote industrial-governmental-academic cooperative studies and international cooperative researches; enforce new cardiovascular drugs and instruments development and participate in large-scale multinational clinical drug trials; improve clinical diagnosis and treatment of cardiovascular diseases and devote to development and application of new clinical techniques; promote international academic communication and participate in international congress, in the field of cardiovascular medicine. The organization of Cardiovascular Research Center includes one Director, two Deputy Directors and seven research groups. Each research group will be in charge by a senior professor. The research programs will cover cardiac electrophysiology, arrhythmia and catheter ablation; hypertension, dyslipidemia, atherosclerosis and vascular medicine; circulatory hemodynamics; congestive heart failure; cardiovascular genetics; coronary artery disease and intervention; clinical drug trials. Research and business meetings will be held at regular basis. Some committees will be formed to plan, execute, promote and monitor the activities of the Cardiovascular Research Center.

中心運作及管理方式

本中心設置主任一人，副主任二人，綜理中心業務。

本中心成立七個研究小組：

	心電生理和心律不整研究小組。
	高血壓、動脈硬化和血管醫學研究小組。
	血流動力學研究小組。
	心臟衰竭研究小組。
	心血管疾病基因研究小組。
	冠狀動脈疾病研究小組。
	臨床藥物試驗小組。

由資深教授擔任各組召集人，針對各組特定主題，推動相關研究、教學與學術活動。定期集會，商討及解決各項問題。

本中心成立相關委員會，負責各項業務的規劃、咨詢、推動、執行、管理與監督。
