Mission

  National Yang-Ming University, in order to promote lifelong learning, and provide more learning opportunity for community, established NYMU Continuing Education Center (CEC Center) in June 2005. The course design focus on biomedical informatics and biomedical technology, and expect to instruct community more accurate concept and knowledge in biotechnology and biomedicine field. CEC Center provide a learning tunnel for community to gain or improve their biomedical related knowledge and skill, as well as scheme to enhance professionals expertise in R&D, service and management areas and finally achieved the goals of improving industries’ interaction, strengthening industrial-educational cooperation and reinforcing national competition.     

Courses Design

A.       Professional training in Biomedicine
Biophotnics Engineering, Biotechnology, Proteomics, Liver Disease Clinical Medicine, Joint Prosthesis Technology and Medicine Laboratory Science .

B.        Management in Biomedicine
Senior Supervisor on-job training for biomedical companies, financial management, innovation management, patent and intellectual property rights management.

C.        Biomedicine in Life hygiene and healthcare
Geriatrics, health-care, cancer prevention and health protection, food therapy, mental hygiene and community nursing care.

D.       Project training for government and enterprises
