The early registration deadline is May 15, 2008. The late registration period is from May 16 to June 5, 2008.

People applying for membership by April 16, 2008 are eligible for the membership discount at the meeting. Anybody applying for membership after April 16th should note that their membership *WILL NOT* become valid until after the meeting, and so will get no membership discount at the meeting.

Cancellation Policy: *Please notice that the cancellation date has already passed.*

To cancel your registration, send an email to assc12@ym.edu.tw

All cancellations and requests for refunds MUST be submitted by email. Telephone requests WILL NOT be honored. Only those refund requests received by May 14th will be processed and issued within four to six weeks AFTER the conference.

Registration cancellations will receive an immediate full refund if requested before the coming SUNDAY of the date of purchase. The refund amount will be credit back to your credit card account. Please make sure that we have your correct contact information when you register with us through our online registration form.

Refund with deducted charges incurred during remittance or transfer, including bank commission, exchange rate differences, a 3% bank transaction fee and all related expenses will be issued if requested after the coming SUNDAY of the date of purchase.
